Q. What do I need to bring?
A. All rental units include linens, towels, bathroom amenities, and a small laundry starter kit. The amenities and starter kit include bath soap, toilet and facial tissue, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and garbage bags.
Q. Explain the housekeeping service, is it like a hotel?
A. Your reservation with Waterstone Resorts includes a full cleaning before you arrive and once when you depart. Mid-stay cleans are always available. However, they are provided for an additional charge.
Q. What if I make a reservation online, can I cancel or change the reservation?
A. Reservation cancellations are subject to cancellation fees regardless of the method of booking. Please review our reservation policies and procedures online at Rental Policies & Policies and Procedures.
Q. What time is Check-In and Check-Out?
A. Waterstone Resorts check-in is at 4:00 PM the afternoon of your arrival. The check-out time is 10:00 AM the morning of your departure. Waterstone Resorts is happy to offer early arrivals and extended departures for an additional cost. We make every effort to arrange a quick and speedy check-in process, but please be patient with us during our high season check-in times.
Q. Are there laundry facilities nearby?
A. The laundry facilities vary by unit. This depends on your particular unit or vacation home. Please contact one of our reservations specialists for further details.
Q. What airport should I fly into?
A. The Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is the closest airport to our properties. Many cities across the US fly direct to Southwest Florida International daily.
Q. Who do I make my check out to?
A. Checks can be made out to Waterstone Resorts and Vacation Homes.

Q. What is included with my vacation rental?
A. Since the exclusive accommodations we offer are individually owned, the "contents" of each unit vary. The units are equipped with the usual kitchen and dining necessities (coffee maker, plates, flatware, pots, pans, serving dishes, glasses, etc.), washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, and an ironing board -- as well as the "starter kit" of supplies. However, the room towels are not permitted for use on the beach so bringing beach towels from home or purchasing them at a nearby beach store is a good idea. Lounge chairs are provided poolside at the resorts for your convenience.
Q. What if I have special requests?
A. Waterstone will be more than happy to provide cribs, rollaway beds, and other guest convenience items at an additional charge. Gifts, guest baskets, golf tee times, airport transportation, and pre-arrival grocery services can be arranged with our office before your arrival.
Q. What is Waterstone's Pet Policy?
A. Waterstone tries extremely hard to accomodate every vacation request. Even though we're pet lovers too, most condominium associations and homeowners do not allow pets. However, some homeowners will allow pets for an additional deposit. Please contact one of our reservations specialists for further details.

Q. What is the Condo/Homeowner Application and Fee?
A. The Community Associations require an application to be completed by all renters. Each association has its own application. Most require personal references, vehicle information, and a credit check. Application Fees vary from $50 – $150. Waterstone Resorts has no control over the applications or the fees charged by the Associations. All rentals are subject to approval by the community associations.
