Q. When will Calypso Resort & Towers be finished?

A.Calypso Resort & Towers is being built in two primary phases. Phase I was finished in early summer of 2006 and includes the following: the gulf front Towers I & II, two gulf front pools, the front office and registration building, with meeting space, and the parking facility with retail space. Phase II is currently under construction and includes the gulf view Tower III. Tower III will host additional meeting space, a third large resort style pool, a small theater and a spacious fitness center.

Q. When will Calypso Resort & Towers be available for booking reservations?

A. NOW! Phase I, including Tower I & II opened over the Memorial Day weekend and we have had a wonderful summer. As construction on Tower III, in Phase II, nears completion we will begin to accept advance reservations. Tower I & II has nearly 400 gulf front condominiums many of which area available for vacation rental. Use our online booking system or call (800) 211-8906 to speak directly to a vacation specialist.

Q. Does Waterstone Resorts have other properties available now?

A. Yes. Twin Palms, a wonderful gulf front resort offering one and two bedroom condominiums, is open and Waterstone Resorts has many full-featured units available for immediate rental. In addition Emerald Isle, a brand new gulf front resort, opened in Spring of 2006. Waterstone Resorts has many upscale two bedroom, two bathroom units for immediate rental in Emerald Isle. Q. Are there other properties still under construction?

A. Yes. Ocean Villa is a new gulf front resort condominium that is in the final stages of construction. Waterstone Resorts will begin accepting advance reservations for this exciting new property shortly. More resorts will be coming online in late 2006 and 2007, check back for updates.

Q. What do I need to bring?

A. All rental units include linens and towels, so there is no need to bring additional bedding supplies from home. However, the room towels are not permitted for use on the beach so bringing beach towels from home or purchasing them at a nearby beach store is a good idea. Since every unit features a fully equipped kitchen bringing snacks and food is also a good idea. You'll love the local restaurants, but sometimes you can't beat a 'home-cooked' meal overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Of course there are local grocery stores available to help you get fully stocked for your stay.

Q. Explain the housekeeping service, is it like a hotel?

A. Your reservation with Waterstone Resorts includes a full cleaning once you depart. Daily housekeeping is not normally provided, but in some locations is available for an additional charge.

Q. What if I make a reservation online, can I cancel or change the reservation?

A. Reservations made online can be completely canceled with in 24 hours of booking without any cancellation fees or penalties. Q. Are there laundry facilities nearby?

A. Actually, all of our condominiums have a washer and dryer right in the unit.
