The house has an open, light floor plan with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and a tiki hut on the beach.

Downstairs is an apartment which can be rented separately or together with the upstairs. It has one queen bed and two twin beds with one trundle twin bed. It has a kitchen and laundry room and full bath with shower. The house is located within a short distance to many restaurants, shops, and boat and water-sport rentals.
